Being a caregiver to my husband, who is a brain stroke patient with multiple health issues for over the past six years, I wasn't ready to commit to any 'me-time'. At the same time, I found myself becoming quite irritable over small things.Vanita nudged me and encouraged me to join her sessions, no matter what. She even allowed me to use her earphones and multitask, as long as I started somewhere by attending daily sessions.Gradually, I got into it, and now, after more than a year, I don't miss a single session led by Vanita, whether it's paid or free.I'm thankful to her for all the practices she leads us to do, as they have immensely helped me in my soul journey. Particularly, the Calligraphy blessing with tracing has made a significant impact. I find myself much better equipped to face the health challenges that I encounter with my husband. Moreover, I am much more at peace with myself and my circumstances. My attitude towards these situations has transformed.
